COVID-19 Quarantine Handicrafts (part 3)
Lately, my wife has started making resin dice and, with the remaining resin, she did some small objects for dungeon creation, with silicon molds her brother lent her. We made this bunch here to decorate our dice tower (which we made before the quarantine started). We use it for throwing our dice when playing RPG games, but the dice went inside instead of out, so we needed something to stop them and redirect them so they went right through the door.
We started with the plain resin figures...
... and we painted them with what we had: water-based kids paint (we don’t have anything else at home...). It was the first time we painted miniatures, and you can see the size of the brushes, so I guess it isn’t that bad ^^U
Then we pasted them inside our tower.
The whole thing (done with just recicled cardboard, ice cream sticks and a soda bottle) looks like this:
And just to show you, the same tower with some of the dice we have (yes, we have more...).
We are really proud of this ^_^
Again, take care and keep strong!
