Herbed Shrimp with Sauteed Kale Shrimp is a great protein for fighting endo and the kale is super crisp and yummy with the ghee Ingredients: 5 tbsp ghee 2 tsp Herbs de Provence 1 tsp Ground Turmeric 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/4 tsp salt 4 cups trimmed kale leaves To make shrimp: 1. Melt 2 tbsp of ghee in saucepan over medium heat 2. Stir in herbs and tumeric 3. Add shrimp and cook for 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are firm and pink To make the kale: 1. Melt 3 tbsp of ghee in skillet over medium heat 2. Stir in salt 3. Stir in kale until evenly coated with ghee 4. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes until very tender
