This shit is sooo good. Super yummy with non-dairy vanilla ice cream! Cinnamon-Roasted Kabocha Squash Ingredients: 1 kabocha squash 3 tbsp ghee 1 tsp Ground cinnamon 1 tsp Honey To make: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) 2. Peel the kabocha squash and cut into small cubes. It's gonna be a bitch to peel, but it'll be worth it 3. Place squash in baking dish 4. Dot with ghee 5. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon 6. Drizzle with honey 7. Bake for 15 minutes 8. Remove from oven and stir 9. Bake for 30 minutes 10. Eat the yumminess! It goes great with non-dairy almond ice cream✌
