I feel a little bad about how much my eating habits have slipped these last two weeks. I'm eating foods I know aren't the healthiest choices and it's bringing up my calories and making my workouts harder to do.
So today, I'm going to make a bunch of healthy food I love, try a new recipe and whip my butt into gear at the gym doing all this (once I do some homework):
10 minutes rowing machine
10 minutes walking, incline
Weights – lateral raises, front raises, shoulder press, etc
Butt lift – 30 (lie on stomach with your legs bent at knees, heels touching, lift your upper chest off the floor using your forearms, squeeze your butt to raise your legs a few inches, then lower back)
