Author’s Note: This fic is pure family fluff and gives a little peek how Leia got her name as well as Red's reaction to the name and the first few moments of him as Grandpa Red. This fic was first started away before the series premiered I think I started it before I attended the tapings and finished it maybe after the first one. There's a slight detail that isn't the way it is in canon but I chose not to change it, hope you don't mind. I also really hope you enjoy it!

Author's Note: This is a fic I wrote a few years back right around this time of the year, Memorial Day. Thinking of those who we lost and those who did come home but live with those heavy losses. I never thought I would have written a story like this but I'm glad I did, even if there are parts I'm still not too sure worked best for it, this is one of the pieces I am fairly proud of.
