A Life Commitment Ritual

Materials:

Red Candle

Paper or parchment

Red marker

Fire safe bowl

Steps:

Light the red candle

Use the red marker and paper to make the following sigil:

3. Light the sigil up and put it in the fire safe bowl.

4. Breathe and imagine the sigil in red light as you do some pretend fight moves until the candle runs out.

5. When the connection does go out, feel the connection with your body. Say:

“I commit: to this body

to this journey

to this life”

6. Enjoy the increased vitality.
