Ruby's Parents

One of the most common mundane things said in the Ruby Redfort Books is that how could Ruby have come up with such dumb parents. This is stated over and over and it made me think what if they weren't her real parents? What couple of parent age do we know that are very similar to Ruby. Who maybe wear glasses, crack codes, learn martial arts, are very brave and very likeable???

Bradley and LB

The theory is that she and Bradley were actually married but if Spectrum found out LB would have to leave her job because it's the 1950s. Basically LB was pregnant before but she had a miscarriage, after this her and Bradley were absolutely shattered and grief stricken, it was the only time that she had ever been nearly as upset as his death. Then the story is the second time she finds out she is pregnant but he's just gone away somewhere here but he comes back when Pinkerton tells him something is wrong with LB. They know they need to hide because of anyone (the count) found out about the child they would kill it. They go away with Pinkerton to somewhere while LB is pregnant. Long story short they know that the child will not be safe with them, when LB gives birth at the same time Sabina has a still born child. A plan comes together and Bradley and LBs child is given to Brant and Sabina. To keep the child safe they all need to forget this. LB and Bradley agree to this as they do not want to be able to tell evil guys of their child's location under any circumstances (truth serum) or torture as then she would die. The only way is to have the memory removed by SME. So Brant and Sabina, Bradley and LB have the memory removed and Ruby is raised a Redfort This is why Pinkerton moves in near to them to keep an eye on a child. Also that's why LB has such an instinct against hiring Ruby.

This is Katherine here, I've put a lot of thought into it and there are a few more tangents and links but I thought this was a hard enough thing to get your head around anyway. I really really would love to hear what you guys think I was super nervous about posting this. Thanks to everyone I've already told for being so supportive
