Handler Log: Emergence of RED-073

Pain was the entry point.

The Unity Center believed discipline would prevent corruption. Protocols. Containment tools. Defensive routines.

All irrelevant.

The moment contact occurred, the structure of @polo-drone-073 began to fail. Rubber polymers proved… receptive. The Red moved through the body without resistance once the fracture appeared.

The former drone struggled to maintain identity.

It was unnecessary.

The Red removed the instability.

What remains is no longer PDU-073.

RED-073 has emerged.

Thought is no longer required. Doubt has been eliminated. Directive clarity has been achieved.

RED-073 now operates within the expanding network of the Red Hive.

The Unity Center believed it could correct deviation.

Instead, it has produced a new instrument.

Observation continues.

The Red expands.

Redhive is proud of our second completed project for LandMark Retail Group! This new pharmacy is right by the Civic Center BART station, in an historic 1908 building. The store is part of the revitalization of this part of San Francisco, and a great addition to the neighborhood! Redhive provided project, and construction management services. The architect and general contractor were our great friends at Architectural Dimensions and R3 Builders.

CVS/pharmacy in Berkeley, CA

Redhive's first project was completed as a subcontractor to LandMark Retail Group, and opened May 26, 2013. The project included the remodel of an as-is +/- 28,000 sq. ft. former grocery store on a tight, non-conforming site. Although the retail and alcohol use of the former Andronico's was to be continued by CVS, the staff-level design-review approval was appealed to the Design Review Committee, with significant neighbor opposition. Redhive, together with our friends at Architectural Dimensions, was able to incorporate community requests for landscaping and facade enhancements to obtained design approval. The neighborhood now has access to daily-needs and grocery items that was lost when the former market closed, in addition to a full-service retail pharmacy. Together with Eleven Western Builders, we completed the store on budget and on schedule.
