I ship Robin and Red X really hard, and am saddened by the lack of content for it, but as if to add salt to the wound, half the fics you can find are horrible! Rather than tell an actual story, they’re mostly just highlighting how hot their kisses are!

in a very specific "they've never dated but they ARE divorced" way. like they would make out but robin would be very mad the entire time (consensual of course)

fortunately for me, when i was younger and watching the Teen Titans cartoon, i didn't know SHIT about comic book lore/current events, so i had NO IDEA who the FUCK jason todd was. so thankfully i have no problem thinking Robin and Red X could be a funny relationship to play with bc i have no pre-conceived notion that X could be anyone from the batfam.

in all honesty i don't really care to find out who the Red X from the show could've been, it's one of those mysteries that i think are better off being just that: a mystery.

(also, i wasn't part of any, like, fandom circle at the time so i didn't even know RobX was like a thing lol)
