What are your thoughts on Silver? For some reason you guys don't seem to even try to get along :o

Silver's fine. We met around the time Eggman started turning everything into playing cards with that special camera. Wait... No, that was Eggman Nega. Sorry, I get them confused. Anyway, Silver was kinda stuck-up then, but he came through in the end.

We ran into each other again when Eggman was feeding defenseless chao to that giant Ifrit monster. Talk about stuff of nightmares. We were on pretty good terms then, though he did get on my nerves...

But we're pretty solid besides that. He was a trusted Lieutenant when we had to fight against Eggman and Infinite, so I know he's a hard worker and a fierce warrior. I have some respect for him, but he acts a little too much like Sonic sometimes- he loves getting ahead of himself.

You know, I always get this feeling we met before the Onyx Island stuff, but I can't put a claw on where we would've met...

we know how you feel about rouge and you talked about shadow, what about omega?

Omega's... okay, I guess. He's a pretty simple robot. He's got one directive, "destroy Eggman's robots," and I respect that. Back during the craziness with Neo Metal Sonic, he sure packed a punch when Sonic, Tails and I had to fight that "Team Dark," as they're called.

He helped out during the battle against Eggman and Infinite, so he's alright in my book. It's just the company he keeps that I don't really like that much.

Why did you take up that spot as general in the resistance anyways? what was goin on with the Master Emerald during that time?

I took it because they needed me. They needed someone who could be levelheaded, someone strong-willed and someone that could put those people in line during the crisis going on after Eggman took over.

Tails was struggling with the overwhelming stress of war, Amy was trying to keep everything organized. They looked to me for guidance, and eventually so did everyone else.

As for the Master Emerald, nobody was focused on it around that time! Eggman was too obsessed with that "fantastic ruby" or whatever it was called. I was able to leave Angel Island alone for a little while... but that doesn't mean I made the decision lightly!

I do wanna ask how you see Shadow- Is he a friend, do you trust him?

Hmph. Shadow.

I haven't had a lot of one-on-one conversations with Shadow, but I can definitely tell you what I think of him: he's egotistical, he's overly aloof, and needs to make up his mind on whether he's going to actually use his powers as the "Ultimate Lifeform" (yeah right) for something useful or just sit around whimpering about fifty years ago until he realizes he can do literally anything else.

All this to say, me and him aren't "buddy buddy" or whatever.

He's tried to destroy the world, and nearly succeeded, twice. Once upon a time ago he used to be good friends with someone like Rouge but now he acts like he doesn't need them. Why, you ask? Because he's over fifty years old, and elderly people tend to get bitter.

Am I going to deny that his involvement in many near-world-ending scenarios has turned the tides in our favor? Of course not. He helped stop the Biolizard, Black Doom, Neo Metal Sonic. When he finally decided to stop being lazy he actually helped with Infinite, who I hear pretty much became evil because of him anyway.

Okay, I'm rambling, so final answer: he's a useful companion, but outside of that, he's become nothing but another self-absorbed "ally" that thinks the sun shines out of his half-alien butt.

Do you hate Sonic? :(

Why would you think something like that?

...Okay, I see your point.

Contrary to popular belief, no, I don't hate Sonic. He's annoying, his jokes are grating, his insistence on spending time with me can really get on my nerves, he's obsessed with speed and has no sense of discipline or responsibility.

But...

He was more than willing to stop Eggman when he tricked me that first time, all those years ago. He was willing to save the island I hold dear, even when I… wasn’t the best person to him then. I've been tricked by that doctor a couple times and he's never really held that against me. At least not for long...

Besides that, I know he's a good person. Many heroes would jump at the chance to destroy Chaos for good when he achieved his Perfect form, but Sonic wanted to help him with his fury. That alone amazed me, and we had known each other for a while at that point.

He also always makes sure to help me if I need it, and listens to me if I need someone to talk to. I respect him. Enough that I literally led the Resistance when Sonic was being held prisoner for a while during that nonsense with that Infinite guy.

I guess you could call him a friend. But don't tell him that I called him that, or he'll never let me hear the end of it.
