i was rewatching refjorged and only just noticed that when they were suggesting magic for fjord to do to see if he got his magic back, caleb went “no demon monkey?” as part of his suggestion, and now i can’t stop thinking about how fucking hilarious it would’ve been if fjord had exasperatedly tried to summon a balgura just to show it wasn’t working and then one just fucking turns up because spoilers, he is magic again, so now the mighty nein have to fight a balgura on a mountainside first thing in the morning while the dust family watches on in absolute horror
