Enjoy the bright flavors of summer with this easy and refreshing mix of fresh basil, ripe tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella. The light and floral notes of Pretty Natural Wines Wallflower go well with it. It's a lovely mix that really captures the spirit of the season.
Ingredients: 1 bottle Pretty Natural Wines Wallflower. 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced. 1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter. Tuck basil leaves in between the slices. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with a chilled glass of Pretty Natural Wines Wallflower.
