LOTS MORE PUNK STAMPS!!! (Part 3)
Punk stamps 1
Punk stamps 2
Yet another punk stamp batch (and likely last.) Before I'll move on with a new genre, here's the part 3 of my punk stamp series. I do plan making regional punk stamps but it will be done by request instead, so if you want to request a stamp based on your local/country scene. Feel free to message me or my main @nuclear-hydrangea
Punk blues - A blend of blues music and punk rock
Examples: The Gun Club, Gories, Joe Spencer Blues Explosion, The Cramps, Social Distortion, The Taxpayers
Two Tone/2 Tone - Fusion of ska, rocksteady, reggae, and punk rock or new wave.
Examples: The Specials, The Selecter, the Beat, Bad Manners, The Bodysnatchers
Punk Pathetique - forgive my badly drawn of the character showing in Adicts albums. Punk and/or Oi with humorous lyrics. In Europe (specifically German speaking regions), this is known as "Fun Punk".
Examples: The Adicts, Toy Dolls, Die Ärzte, Wizo, The Shapes, The Gonads
Crack Rock Steady - If crust and ska mix together.
Example bands: No Cash, The Infested, INDK, Morning Glory
Reggae Punk - Punk + Reggae combo, can be related to Ska and Two Tone
Example bands: Bad Brains, some "The Clash" songs, R.A.I.N., Citizen Fish, AOS3, P.A.I.N.
BONUS! GOTH-ADJACENT PUNK STAMPS!!! (happy world goth day! 🦇⚰️)
I also made a bunch of goth-punk stamps that I have missed in my goth stamp batch.
G-Beat - A mix of "goth" and "d-beat". Another deathrock type that blend goth or deathrock with d-beat and/or crust elements. Examples: Cemetery , Zygote, Deformed , Lebenden Toten, Moral Hex, Instinct of Survival (starting from "Call of the Blue Distance"), Atriarch, Alaric
Positive Punk - One of the early british goth scenes aside the batcavers. Positive Punk has roots from the anarcho-punk scene but going to a more introspective and mysticism instead of nilistic theming. Can be the british equivalent to the america's deathrock (before deathrock became a catch all term for punk based goth)
Examples: The Mob, Rudimentary Peni, Theatre of Hate, UK Decay, Ausgang, Ritual, Part 1, Rubella Ballet, Screaming Dead
Cold Oi - A predominantly french subgenre of Oi from the 2010s. Oi containing post punk, coldwave, new wave, or goth elements.
Examples: Blitz (UK, older example of Cold Oi), Syndrome 81, Oi Boys, Grisaille, Rancœur, Nuits Blanches
Dark Punk - a style of deathrock leaning more anarcho punk or hardcore punk elements.
Examples: Horror Vacui, Crimson Scarlet, Pawns, Dystopian Society, Chain Cult, Arctic Flowers, Slimy Member, A Culture of Killing, Anasazi
