Don’t think of Regulus Black missing his brother. Don’t think of Regulus Black doing what his parents wanted because he saw how they treated Sirius. Don’t think of Regulus Black loving his house elf more than himself. Don’t think of Regulus Black in a dark cave by himself. Don’t think of Regulus Black taking that locket. Don’t think of a terrified Regulus Black trying his best to fight the inferi. Don’t think of Regulus Black still wearing his Hogwarts uniform as he’s being dragged down in the dark water. Don’t think of Regulus Black hoping Sirius was proud of him. Don’t think of Regulus Black dying alone in a cave where no one would know what he had done. Don’t think of Regulus Black sacrificing himself so that one day, someone would be able to defeat Voldemort. Don’t think of Regulus Black not living life and dying as a child. Especially don’t think of Snape, a coward, being named the hero of Slytherin over a boy who never hurt anyone and sacrificed himself to save a world that never gave him a chance.
