The orange dude is from Ugo Ugo Ruga! It’s a 90’s Japanese children’s cartoon which has a lot of surrealism inspiration in terms of the character designs and physical humor! It’s pretty strange but in the good way, I’ve been trying to look for it’s merch for the longest time 😭
