Today's challenge was love, and although it could have been for external sources, November is all about self-love so hopefully you didn't neglect yourself today. I did a client reading this morning and I have seen the same thing so many times, our expectations for ourselves is so incredibly high! Sometimes it's important to show yourself love by letting go of those expectations and letting yourself be to rest, have fun and feel the joy in life. Today my expectations for myself included taking down the Halloween decorations I am still embarrassed to confess are up, but I am exhausted and still fighting a cold tonight so I am going to let myself rest.
