#Repost @spiritvoyage (@get_repost) ・・・ #ReleasingFear #GlobalSadhana #Day15 I went to a gong bath last night with @crownofeternity . It was so delicious and exactly what my mind-body was needing yesterday. A gong bath is the perfect opportunity for letting go - the vibrations so easily cut through blockages and balances out the energy field of the body. I learned a few things I'd like to share with you today. I was joined by my sister, brother in law, and 8 week old niece. None of them had ever been to a gong bath, but they were both really interested in coming. They didn't know how Ramona (my 8 week old niece) would behave or respond to the gongs. They were back and forth about it all day... I could tell that they really wanted to come - but they were struggling with a little bit of fear of the unknown. Would Ramona suddenly start screaming in the middle of everyone's meditative experience? Would people be angry they brought a baby? They could have come up with a million reasons not to come - but in the end, they decided to be brave. Baby Ramona slept peacefully through the entire evening, and they both loved their gong bath experience. I was very proud of them for that. I've seen a lot of parents give up an awful lot of fun because they were worried the baby's presence would upset someone else. So wahe guru - bravery for the win! One of my favorite parts of the evening was when Gallina came around to every person, gently placed 2 singing bowls on them: one over their heart, one over their belly. She gently stroked each bowl so that we could feel the vibrations in our bodies. It felt so amazing - especially the one over my heart. I was noticing how the vibrations felt different in each area, feeling where I was blocked and watching the vibrations gently shake them loose, and thoroughly immersed in the moment. Magic. I have quite a few musical instruments at my house. I am not musically inclined - I love music, but the process of making it is a mystery to me. I have crystal and tibetan singing bowls, drums, and was recently gifted the most beautiful violin by the most beautiful friends. <3 I don't know how to play any of them - but I have them, because i lov
