Willow Branch, a Hexblood Sorcerer!

A portrait for one of the player characters in our new D&D campaign!

When he was a child, Willow Branch - a normal human boy - was taken in by a kind family in the woods. It was only when the matriarch tried to devour him that he realized they were a coven of hags. His sorcerous lineage activated before the hag could finish transforming him, and he exploded from her and fled in terror.

Now an adult who is often mistaken as a Tiefling, he is frightened of everything. He met Bennett F Gouda while traveling, and the two became fast friends. Determined to learn more about his condition, Willow Branch seeks arcane knowledge, but is always looking over his shoulder, afraid of what may be lurking just out of sight...

Tony's Pocket-watch

A breakdown of the pocket-watch of Tony, a warlock.

His arcane focus is a magic pocket-watch that keeps track of multiple points in time, across various planes.

Because he comes from a fishing village, I wanted it to have a kind of engraving on the front as a callback to the home he's left behind. The ship was traced from a reference photo of a previous drawing I did.

Tony, a Warlock!

A portrait for one of the player characters in our new D&D campaign!

When he was a child, Tony's fishing village came under the influence of a Fae. A heavy fog permeated everything, twisting men and beasts alike. The Fae was eventually defeated, but something else had already lodged itself inside of Tony; something with six eyes... something hungry. Tony hasn't said a word since. Instead, he conveys his meaning with glares, raised eyebrows, a chalkboard, and signing.

*Fun fact! This character first appeared in our previous campaign as an npc. The quest we were on was pulled from the plot of "Fallout: Far Harbor" and tweaked to fit our campaign. Tony is a character in that game, so our DM brought him to ours!

I'm really pleased with the progress I've made on my art this year. I'm definitely getting more comfortable with it, and experimenting with my style a bit more.

Character design sheet - GIDA TIATKIN, Jedi Apprentice

Species: Twi’lek  Born 39 BBY Padawan of Teyla Marin

Gida serves as Commander of Chimera Company during the Clone Wars.

Gida is an empath. This means that she is able to feel the emotions of others as clearly as though they were her own. This has caused her difficulty in high-stress situations, as she can feel overwhelmed by the emotional input. She has worked hard to be able to let outside emotions roll off of her, rather than soaking them in. Her empathy is both her greatest difficulty, and greatest strength. * Gida is neurodivergent. Her naturally sensitive nature is heightened by her empathic abilities, but she sometimes misses social cues or expressions. She has particular requirements for clothing and textures. While she has developed a tolerance as she's aged, she can't stand sleeves, or anything around her head.

Lethaa Daal

Lethaa is a Togruta woman from Shili during the prequels era. She is very tall, very strong, and has little patience for fools. For all her seriousness and forcefulness, she cares deeply for others, and will do anything to protect them. 

Part of her bid for senatorship was hunting a rancor on her own. She succeeded, but it cost her arm. She now wears the rancor’s teeth on her belt, and has a cybernetic arm that she sometimes wears.

She is married to Naras Tyn, the First Physician of Corvala. She loves her wife dearly.
