I think the song "Numb" by Linkin Park could actually apply to everyone. You know why? People pressure other people, people have to hide themselves, they're caught up in the rush of being told what they have to do, fearful of failure. It's a recurring, worrying part of society that can be frighteningly generalised to any part of the world.
I Can't Help But It Is.
Does history really repeat itself? Or do people repeat themselves? There's a distinct difference between the two, and I hope its neither.
I'd hate for this to be another part that I refuse to put down. I need closure in the things I do. Everyone needs closure. I just want to be like everybody else.
If words made war, then what made love?
The Question:
Me: God, why do you forsake me?
God: I forsake all my children, you are not alone.
Me: Why does it feel like I'm alone?
God: You plead for what you want. You hate what you have. Thus, you regret what you had.
God: You're only as free as you wish you weren't.
