Do you ever have a thought that keeps running through your head? Like you're not repeating it but it's like a broken record over and over in your head and then you disassociate and all that's in my head is "I wanna die today for no reason" for like ten minutes

I hate when someone says something bad and then it just keeps repeating over and over and over again in your head so that you feel like the bad one.

A Vine of Thought

I’ve got stories in my head,

Not fanfiction, but kind of,

Not planning things to write,

Although I think I once wanted to,

But stories to make myself strong,

Stories to believe I have influence,

Beyond that that I see.

Where my words might change worlds,

Where talking can actually help,

Or just where there’s comfort.

Sometimes these thoughts loop,

They twist and spin forever,

Growing stronger, gaining focus.

Sometimes I change it up,

Let them fruit into writing.

Build the vines anew.

There are stories evolving in my mind,

Interesting to grow, so I find.
