Who: Ceci and Zander ( @ceciantez ) Where: Library, Luxor’s Lake George Campus When: Sometime after the gallery fire
Zander was trying to continue on like everything was normal, despite the fact The Crusade had set fire in the gallery. Something Ches kept blowing his phone up about, joking about needing to get The Crusade a dictionary for Christmas because they didn’t understand the definition of the word more if all they’d managed to burn down was the gallery when The Circle had destroyed Carnifex. Something that Zander would usually find amusing, if he wasn’t so stressed. Did it matter who destroyed what? They both sucked. And after a while, he’d just turned off his phone to focus on his engineering work, because that was frustrating him already, and she wasn’t helping. He glances up when he hears footsteps in the library, relaxing a little when he sees it’s Ceci. “Hey.” He greets her, “are you insanely overwhelmed with schoolwork too, or is this just a me problem?” She was technically in a different field of engineering, sure, but they had enough core classes together that he was going to assume yes, or that Ceci was way more on top of things then he was.
Which, to be fair, after the past couple of weeks, that'd be just his luck. Between everything with Balo, being back in Lake George, the game night, now attempts to burn down the school, and the standard end of the year cram, schoolwork was seeming to take up more of his time by the day.
