I’m listening to my affirmations tape rn while I work on some school stuff. It’s maybe been 30 minutes (definitely not more) and I’m already feeling really amazing. Like I swear it’s almost already working 100% for me. These beliefs and thoughts feel so natural almost like they’ve always been perfect!

By listening an hour to my recording it’s lopped around 375 times! so with listening in the day when I want and overnight I’ll get to 10k affs super easily & quickly :)

create an affirmation tape using your voice and loop it then listen to it whenever you need to and when you go to sleep.

(this is something I’ve personally done and it’s helped me, if you don’t agree with it then leave it alone. if you decide to try this send me your results <3)

hiii I am the anon who asked about the reprograming. I’m interested in reprograming my subconscious for a better self concept primarily and others stuff like void concept etc. I’m not to familiar with it but I made a subliminal with some affirmations such as I always manifest & revise instantly, I have a perfect self concept etc and I was wondering if I listen to those overnight for a few days does that count as reprograming my subconscious?

reprogramming your subconscious mind is just saturating it over and over in simpler terms. and they definitely would! I made my own affirmation tapes and listened to them over night or repeatedly during the day

you’re fine and I just became calm and at peace with knowing I already have my desires (which is sometimes referred to as the sabbath state or the state of knowing) and the fact that I really didn’t feel the need to listen to my affirmation tapes anymore.

when you mention listening repeatedly the day you mean for like a few hours.. how many hours do you listen to it overnight & during the day?

ummm during the day ? I would just listen to it whenever I was about to clean up or when I would take a nap. and overnight and my nap were the longest times I’d listen to it.

overnight was definitely 6+ hours though and nap time was like 1-2 hours

In ur experience did it take you long to get results with reprograming ur subconscious mind? like can I get all my results in 3 days or a week is what I mean

it didn’t take me long because I held onto the assumption that I could reprogram my subconscious overnight. you can do all that you assume you can <3
