Scrappy looking thing but there’s a lot of work in this.
Getting going on the Schacht Cricket rigid heddle loom with waste linen and wool yarn. A challenging weave. The thick Weft is there to help the warp ends spread evenly. Unfortunately I already have a couple of broken ends.
More sampling on this very long hand-dyed tencel warp. Weft of tencel yarn and linen/polypropylene yarn.
Some progress on the Cricket loom using repurposed yarns.
After a trip in the washing machine…..what next?
