Your experience as an assassin is coming in handy. After a refreshing swim, you’ve followed a target to a shore, where you hide amongst the rocks. Good thing is, though, this bright redblooded ugly freak is slowly bleeding out from the knife you landed in their side. The water laps at your feet, and you go to strike, and everything kind of goes haywire, as a huge wild lusus of some sort of semi-aquatic nature knocks you over on its way to the injured troll, and woops, there they go. It swallows them loudly. Okay, cool.

That’s one problem down, but another appears when the damn thing’s tail smacks you back into the water with great force, your head and horns smashing into the rocks. Your vision cuts out for a moment, water in your face, and suddenly your lungs are full of water, a huge ridiculous beast scrambling into the deep and further smacking you around.

Jade blood tints the water, and you struggle to get back to the surface, but it’s not really happening... Everything gets murky.
