6/9/17@bnkrescue If you didn’t know any better, you would think River was their mom (or at least a female dog!). How he got so amazing with little ones is beyond us. Maybe because he was abandoned so young, at four weeks, or maybe because he’s been through the journey of rescue with us since we rescued him. I don’t know but it’s heart warming to watch and share ❤ (at Canton, Connecticut)

6/27/17@landfilldogs Hello there! Pleased to meet you - my name is Bunny! As you can see I'm a beautiful female and I'm approximately 2 years old. If you are standing at my kennel, I am probably jumping and barking to get out. Don't let my kennel manners fool you. I just want to be outside where all the action is. Once outside, I am very happy and calm. The nice volunteers who take me for walks say that I am a great walking partner and I am a lot of fun in the doggy play yard too. I am easily entertained and not a lot of trouble at all. I love to snuggle with my human friends too and will often come up for big hugs. I am the perfect age because I'm out of the puppy stages, yet not too old to learn!! I am eager to please and just want to be in a loving home with a soft bed to sleep in. Today I had the pleasure of walking this sweet little girl Pink. Don’t let the pictures fool you this girl is TINY! Sweet as pie and the most active 12 year old dog I’ve ever met! She would definitely be able to keep up with an active family! She lives with her foster mom and lot of other fur siblings, dog and cat so she’s just perfect!!!
