Based on an incorrect quote I found floating around on Tumblr (lost the link though, unfortunately).

Thinking about these two again, and those thoughts eventually birthed this silly little comic. I feel like it would lead to some pretty comical moments, due to the 'Tiny parent, huge child' trope coming into play (as Yeva is around 4"4 and Doey is a whopping 11"3).

Regardless of how it'll be though, Yeva does love her boy(s) either way, though.

Some self-indulgent and wholesome art based on some RPs with friends (which includes bits of the 'Resource Extraction Robots' AU too). Also doing some new things with backgrounds/layers, too.

So, remember how I said PPT!Yeva would want to adopt every single toy in the safe haven? Yeah, that part 100% extends to Doey as well. Because let's face it, he deserves someone to take care of him for a change after spending many mostly-thankless years caring for others. And Yeva would totally have sympathy for this poor Doughman and adopt him into her family, AU or not. And she will ANNIHILATE anyone who hurts her new playdoh son--

I've been on something of a weird Poppy Playtime and Murder Drones kick lately, so I did what any sane person would do and made up a stupid little crossover AU of it, called "Resource Extraction Robots"! I'm happy to ramble about it if anyone wants, but so far, here's Uzi's design for it!

I used a mix of her canon look, and her appearance from the concept art. I also somewhat based her sweater around the dev-exclusive sweater, and her grapback is based on the lavender color scheme.

And for anyone going "Where are her pack hands?!?!?!" I'm using the excuse of 'the grab pack is a custom one that can retract/store it's hand-things' so I don't have to draw the dumb things.

The second drone I've drawn for the "Resource Extraction Robots" AU! This time, it's V. Or 'V-II', as she's known here.

I should preface (because I don't recall if I did on Uzi's post) that in this AU, everyone is a worker drone and thus has their worker drone personality, meaning we don't get girlboss murder drone V, but rather the SUPER anxious wet cat that is V-II. She's shy, is usually pushed around and bullied by the likes of drones such as Lizzy, and an absolute people-pleaser. However, she's one of Uzi's closest friends, and supports her purple buddy's desire to help dronekind and solve the Playtime Co. mystery. I think if I were to fully write a fic about the AU, V-II's whole 'arc' would revolve around coming out of her shell and gaining confidence as The Horrors™️ decide to pop up more.

Her grapback is somewhat based on the Olive color scheme, and I used the colors of the Maid Mommy monster skin for her dress.

Just realized I haven't shared Resource Extraction Robots-related art in a while (I swear I'm workin on concepts and doodles of characters), so here's some miscellaneous art of one of the random drones that I drew a while ago (long before I drew Lizzy) back when I wasn't bombarded with schoolwork; Miss Yeva!

She works as a medic/repairbot in the drones' bunker (AKA the pre-game lobby, which is sealed up tight with reinforced doors like the worker colony in Murder Drones), where she repairs injured drones as best she can if they come back injured by the Bigger Bodes (who the drones refer to as "The Savages"). However, I will say the drones DO eventually discover the safe haven + it's residents, and I'll say this right now; Yeva will be adopting every single one of the toys there because let's face it, they all need a proper mother, and this woman always struck me as empathetic af so of course she would take 'em in. I hope Doll doesn't hate being an only child lmao

The third of the drones in the Resource Extraction Robots AU that I plan to reveal! I only just finished her drawing now, but there's one other that I drew about for days ago (at the time of posting) who I'll be showing off later.

Anyways, here's Lizzy! I based her look off of this shirt, her prom dress, and her look in the concept art. I also added a pink streak in her bangs to differentiate her from her prime self. That's a pattern you'll be seeing quite a bit with these 'bots. As you'd expect, she's just as self-centred and self-absorbed as she is in canon. And since V-II isn't anything like her prime girlboss self, that makes Lizzy target and bully her a lot. Lizz's antics typically range from normal high school stuff like walking all over those she sees as beneath her, stealing things, using blackmail, etc., but she at least has standards in the sense that she cares about other drones on her team when they go on extraction missions and have to run for their lives from the bigger bodies hunting them down.

Her grab pack is somewhat based on the Blueberry color scheme. She has it not because she likes the color, but because she finds that the clashing blue pack and her pick sweater are a good combo.
