Are there free AAC apps for android that could be used in place of the keyboard? If not, what and how could I maybe use instead?
Edit: clarification, I specifically need it for use online (and perhaps otherwise in text), not in person
dear therian friends,

Hey Tumblr, I am preparing to write a story where the main character works as a bodyguard, and I realized that I have no idea how that job works at all. I've done some research, but I don't know enough to even know where to start.
If you know of any books, movies, shows, etc. that have realistic depictions of bodyguards/personal protection, please reblog or reply and let me know. I'm especially looking for depictions of bodyguards who are women.
Even better if you have nonfiction recommendations, including podcasts or vlogs or video essays, or if you have personal experience! I would love to chat with you about it.
Thanks, and I hope everyone is having a great day
Hey intersex followers! I would love to crowdsource some suggestions, resources, and advice for intersex people who are thinking about coming out to family and friends about being intersex.
If you've come out to people as intersex:
What worked well for you?
Are there misconceptions that you have to correct a lot?
What are risks that you think intersex people should be aware of before coming out?
Any particular approach or strategy that really worked for you?
What would you have liked to know before coming out/disclosing intersex?
Or if you haven't come out and want to share the reasons why, please feel free to respond with that as well!
Intersex followers, feel free to reply to this post or send an ask about this topic.
thank you <3
