Quick update. It’s day 6 of lockdown, and I’m not going to lie every day there are more infected people and deaths. Psychologically i swear it gets harder and harder to stay at home. But what is happening in these days in whole italy is INCREDIBLE:

Every day since friday people meet at 6pm on their balconies and sing their heart out(Our anthem, Volare, Azzurro, il cielo è sempre più blu). Tonight was a special night because we all agreed to meet again on our balconies at 9pm with our flashlights on. And peolpe were there, waving, CIAO you could hear far away. It was a heartwarming moment with people clapping, cheering, shouting thank you to our medical staff who is working night and day risking their lives. And then again you could hear BUONANOTTE, goodnight, a promise for meeting up again the next day.

This is how it is here.We are staying home to protect ourselves and those we love. Like our prime minister said: let’s stay home so we can hug tighter again, run faster tomorrow. Andrá tutto bene (everything will be alright) people keep repeating, kids draw rainbows with this quote.🌈

People around the world, this virus is a serious thing, people are dying. Don’t underestimate it because even if it has symptoms like the flu IT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND IT IS KILLING THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE.

Please stay safe and go out as little as possible.
