Improvements do happen when you keep checking your form. Still working on this move: #balance and 90° standing knee bend. Form check: not bad. There are many correlations between being a BELIEVER in JESUS (faith) and pursuing fitness: BOTH require "checking your form." In this exercise, making sure my form is correct, allowing me full benefit of the exercise minus injury, means I have to check my form throughout the movements. As a JESUS follower, making sure I am walking in love means I have to focus on God and His Word, then check my form (my Christian walk) to make sure I am believing He loves me no matter what and that I am walking in love towards others, loving them as I love myself. The Resurrection is another 'form-checker': Celebration of all JESUS did: He took our punishment, being beaten, nailed and hung on a cross for us, and died for us. But He conquered sin and death, rising the 3rd day, making ETERNALLY LIFE and FORGIVENESS OF SIN available to ALL OF US. GRATITUDE is the 'form-checker' here.
