If you are in your teens or your twenty’s.. and even older than that too… I want to remind you that’s it’s completely normal to feel lost and confused about who you are, what you’re doing, what you want to do, and what you should do. It’s okay to change your mind once or twice or 30 times. It’s normal to compare yourself to sixteen years olds who are making hundreds of thousands of dollars on social media or people you’re at college with who don’t seem to be struggling at all to graduate or get good grades. It’s okay to do nothing all day and feel like you’re being unproductive and everyone else is doing more and better than you. It is more than normal to feel like something in your life is off but you don’t know what it is or how to figure out what it is. It’s okay to feel like you’re doing really good in certain areas of your life and suddenly feel complicated conflicted and not sure of your decisions anymore. All of those things are completely normal and I’m willing to bet that the majority of people on this planet have felt most or all of those things before at some point in their lives.. or will. No matter how you feel, I bet there are tons of other people out there who feel similarly to how you do. Especially those of you around high school/college age- this is the time where we’re learning and growing and changing and discovering the most about ourselves and it’s completely natural and normal for life to not feel like it’s going smoothly.
