I've been meaning to re-design Teo bc his hair wasn't pretty enough, now looking for a new shirt option that's slutty enough + can show off his tattoo sleeve (that I'm also gonna change around !!)

Cheats and tosses in team 3!!!

It started off with Xochi, one closest to the top

she's apart of the main cast but I needed a backstory of a team she left behind!!

Needing an unreliable leader type, Lalo's design came first! Paranoid, anxious, and annoyed when people try to get close to him (he develops and becomes very welcoming later on!)

He became a BIG fave amongst my friend groups whenever I link the Google drive w their character outlines/vague idea of how the story plays out LOL.

His design hasn't changed much from that first draft!

He needed a second in command, and since I had him loosely based off the rain/thunder god, T|a|oc went with getting a character based off his wife, goddess of rivers, seas, and storms. ORIGINALLY didn't want them as a couple in canon, but I like, got attached LOL

Chela also Mostly hasn't changed in design, up until recently slightly changed her headband. Chela is stressed, a huge stickler for the rules, spooks easily, and cries easily. She's also a big softie and her team adores her to pieces!!

XOCHI needed a twin, like the others she was based off x°chiquetza| (typing these weird I don't want them in the tags) and She had a twin brother, so it was high time I gave My xochi a twin bro too, Teo

He's gone through the most changes of the group (not counting xochi bc she's a WHOLE other post)

Eventually settled on a nicer look for him that's more appropriate And Interesting! For his character.

Prince of flowers, he's an extremely talented botanist, laid back with very little phasing him. (Probably high) a big flirt, and he's just so Damn charming. How does he do it, no one knows.

These four aren't even in the main cast (Xochi is tho-)

24. How do they react to being around wild animals?

Lalo- He can sit VERY STILL for hours on end, so animals will just casually walk up to him to chill out. He's not personally a big fan and will try and shoo them away, but it never really works

Chela- Only likes the quiet ones that make little to no noise.

Xochi- Loves EVERYTHING (it's in her nature, heart powers and all) names them all too. She probably has hundreds of unaccounted for wild pets.

Teo- He said Fuck them herbivores, always messing up his specifically detailed plants and gardens 🙄

25. If they were given the task to prank someone, who would it be, what would they do, and would the prank work?

Aa a general rule amongst the gang, No One can prank or be mean to Chela. She's toooooooo stressed all the time and would probably cry. Anyone whose mean to her is asshole of the week.

That being SAID,

Lalo- secretly thinks pranks are hilarious/keeps people on their toes. HOWEVER, his pranks 100% always backfire and end up scaring the shit out of almost everyone involved.

Chela- way too busy to goof off pranking 😔

Xochi- Doesn't grasp the concept well, mostly does people favors without asking and thinks it counts as a prank

Teo- In a constant prank war with residential baby bastard, Tiny Timotéo. There are Never any winners here. But he just has SUCH a prankable face the little brat

50. Do they enjoy the arts?

Lalo- pottery!! He's made little minion type helpers, they're shaped like friends!

(note, there's supposed to be 4, but I haven't designed the other two!)

Chela- she likes to doodle on small margins of the paper! But too self conscious to share them 💔

Xochi- paints!! Isn't "good" at it, but enjoys color mixing! They'll just be clouds of color blending in on each other

Teo- self tattoos, Specifically loves flowers + the roses he did on his left arm

57. What do they do when they are happy?

Lalo & Chela- They're able to genuinely relax for once, and live in the moment!! He'll never admit it, but Lalo will hum when feeling happy 👀

Xochi- Will just spend hours walking around when happy!! She just can't sit still in one place.

Teo- Finds a new corner he hasn't grown plants in and beauties up the spot 👌

78. Do they have a fight or flight response?

Lalo- 100% flight. He'd rather live to fight another day, Can and will be a dangerous fighter, but it all depends on who else is there. Is it just him? All out attack, is anyone else he cares about in danger? Get them out of the way Now.

Chela- Flight as well. Not unless pushed to a limit does she become a capable fighter. She has the ability to control rivers and flowing water, but is against using it to hurt other people. (RIP to the homie Chela, this is why you beef it girl 😔🙏)

Xochi & Teo- both fighters! Xochi attacking first out of a shock response, while her brother pauses to calculate a strategy. She'll go on to throw all she can in a bombardment style fight, and he'll find a way to incapacitate.

Of team 3, they were meant to be the field workers, so they're more than capable as power houses!!
