...The idea Goblins are banging at my door. They want Angst, so I must bring Angst, with a possible happyish ending.

How? Well through a new Execution au idea!

The idea in general involves time travel with a freshly executed Furina!MC time traveling 500 years into the past at the exact moment Focalors 'created' her.

When she comes to, Furina!MC takes a couple of seconds to understand what the fuck was even happening.

The last thing she remembered was being held down under a guillotine, a cheering crowd of people before, and Neuvillette's cold voice echoing out behind her, saying, "Let the Execution of the Fake Hydro Archon commence-" before a loud noise and pinch of pain... and then everything went black.

But the moment she realizes what was happening, where she was, and who was in front of her, well, Furina!MC looks Focalors directly in the eye, tilts her head, eyes unnervingly blank... and then she lunges.

Focalors tragically survives the encounter, but Furina!MC made sure to leave plenty of painful and most likely hard to heal scars on the Goddess's face, and flees into the waters where she quickly disappears without a trace...

The years after that is mostly spent alone, with Furina!MC staying away from anyone and anything as she traveled from nation to nation via swimming in her Oceanid form.

She did have some close encounters with the other Oceanids, the first encounter was definitely one for the books as it was violent with Furina!MC nearly killing Rhodeia in rage filled frenzy when the older Oceanid sneered and called her Focalors.

You would think that would mean the other Oceanids would stay fuck away from her after that... but no, they didn't. In fact, it was a still injured Rhodeia who reached out, this time more cautiously.

Furina!MC hissed, snarling out cruel words, telling them to go away-

"Focalors... she hurt you... didn't she?"

-were Rhodeia's words, and Furina!MC wanted to scream. A LOT of people hurt her, Focalors, all the people in Fontaine, Neuvillette, so many hurt her, killed her even-

Even now with this second chance in the past, Furina!MC still had a phantom pain around her neck, a glowing scar of Hydro that never went away and cursed of a time long gone but also never happened.

In the end, somehow... Rhodeia coaxes a feral and fearful Oceanid Furina!MC back to her pod, and through a slow and grueling process, gains her trust...

It wasn't easy, the trauma she had was deep, so deep, and most days were BAD days, but... she just kept swimming forward, focusing more on her current life, letting herself fall into a familiar pattern within the pod.

And before she knew it... 500 years had past by... huh, now that she thought about it... wouldn't this mean she was technically a 1000 years old now?

Besides that interesting thought, nothing really of interest happened. Furina!MC hadn't even bother to keep up with the happenings of Fontaine, as she quite honestly didn't give a shit whether it sunk or not...

But while out on a quick swim away from her family, Furina!MC happens to overheard some merchant sailors talking about Fontaine.

To her surprise, the prophecy did happen, but like in the last timeline, it was prevented. Huh... Focalors must've been able to do some sort of miracle to make her plan work after Furina!MC nearly killed her... how tragic.

But what really caught her attention was talk about the 'Hydro Archon'- Wait. Was Focalors actually able to make a new puppet?! -that apparently she had 'died' during the prophecy. Dissolved on her throne, or at least that's what the steambird is claiming.

So... no execution, huh? No being shoved down before a crowd of people cheering for your death and having your head be chopped off by someone you once trusted loved even... well, at least the poor girl wouldn't suffer from the aftermath of the prophecy like how Furina!MC suffered...

Shaking her head, she ducked back underwater, and started swimming back home... there was no reason to think anymore about Fontaine. It had nothing to do with her anymore.

She was just Furina!MC. A Oceanid of no interesting past. Just a scar around her neck, and trauma for years. Nothing more, nothing less...

Ok... So, remember the Amnesic Furina!MC au? Or for more context, >THIS< post? Yeah, I thought of another route for it. An Oceanid one.

Like imagine it.

A memoryless Furina!MC who happens to wander away from the Court of Fontaine because something deep in her soul screamed that it was NOT safe for her to stay there anymore.

From there, she stumbles across an unexpected being. An unexpected savior. That savior being... an Oceanid.

I say the Oceanid, maybe Rhodeia, had heard Focalors return from whatever hole she had been hiding in and decided to go scope out things... only to see 'Focalors' wandering near a shoreline, far from the city.

It's only when she swims closer does she realize, wait... this was not Focalors. And even more shocking still, she realizes this was an Oceanid youngling... a very confused, and scared Oceanid youngling.

Rhodeia couldn't just leave the poor dear to wander all alone on land, she needed to come into the water where it was safer and be with her fellow kin...

Cut to Rhodeia nearly giving Furina!MC quite the scare, which leads to the older Oceanid having to comfort Furina!MC as she starts crying-

This then also leads to Rhodeia learning more about the Oceanid youngling that looked so much like Focalors... and it wasn't much. The poor thing could not remember a thing. Her name, if she had family or friends...

"...I-I don't think I had anyone... no one came looking for me... no one..."

Furina!MC starts to cry again but Rhodeia shushed her, cupping the crying girl's tear covered cheeks with her fins.

"Enough of that now, little sister... come, I will take you away from these cursed waters. I shall take you to the rest of our kin... And then, we shall gift you a new name."

The Oceanid slowly tugs her into the water, cooing out gentle instructions on how to shed that troublesome human skin... yes, that's it, let the water take you...

And just like that, life in Fontaine continues on. News of the TRUE Hydro Archon's new and loving relationship with Fontaine's chief Justice spreading on the streets... no one talks about Neuvillette's first wife, that cowardly fraud of a fake Hydro Archon.

Why should they? For her crimes and lies, to her 'running away'-

At least... until sightings of an odd-looking Oceanid being seen in Liyue's waters start drifting in... and then, someone gets a photo.

There, seemingly dancing along the waters was a small Oceanid with other Oceanids, or at least, what looked to be an Oceanid.

It looked... too human, yet not... and then a second photo was taken.

This time the face was much clearer. Her face looks serene, the softest of smiles on her face, her eyes half closed-

"...Furina!MC?"

The Oceanid pauses in her dancing. The other, bigger Oceanid around her hiss and snarl, their fins wrapping protectively around their youngest sister.

But even still, 'Furina!MC' slowly turns to look at the owner of the voice. Her fin like dress sways as her head tilts, slowly blinking her foggy blue eyes... her mouth moves, her words barely a whisper over rustling of the waters-

"...Who are you? And who is Furina!MC?"

Note, Furina!MC does NOT remember her name, so the Rhodeia and the Oceanids gave her a new one... and I have no clue what it could be. A little help, please?

(RhoediaMC ends up in nice forcalors timeline)

After aloce manages to contac trhoediaMC throug the mirror, is determined that alice would take a month to re-open the mirror back to rhoediaMC home.

Nkce dorcalors decided to make the most of it by bonding whit rhoediaMC, thy would go shopping, eat desserts together and sometimes they would dance in the water at the rhytming of the music of the sea.

Nice forcalors reminised about the happier times, when she and her rhoedia would cuddle together, and be..... well, a family, u til egeria chose her as her succesor and everithyng changed, her sisters turned their backs on her and rhoedia practically dishoned her as her sister.....

Well, rhoediaMC alice promised to find a way for rhoediaMC to visit some time after MC explaine the situation of nice forcalors so it should be fine, vurrently nice forcalors and furina were dancing whit rhoediaMC in her oceanid form, forcalors always was surprised (and a little jelaous) how rhoediaMC or her rhoedia oceanid forms always were so big, where hers was barely half of that.

" you'll grow taller whit tiem dont worry, tou are still young after all" said rhoediaMC amused as she saw forcalors change in her oceanid form and start to float around her.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" the voice of this world rhoedia resounds theoug the water, making ripples reflecting her shock and anger.

Forcalors froze in place, hovering over the water as she slowy turns around to face her sister.

"R-rhoedia! This is. I mean. Its not what it looks like!" Said forcalors in her oceanid form trembling.

"Really? Because it seems to me that you made a puppet of me to bond over, are tou thay desesperate for affection? How pitiful" said rhoedia whit disdain.

RhoediaMC instintivly puts herself infront of nice forcalors, hiding her behind her.

"It seems there is a slight confution, i am rhoediaMC or you may call me MC i am actually from another timeline tou see, due to a certain mishap i was stuck here, i dindt mean to offend you, so lets calm down alright?" Says MC placantly, but firm.

Rhoedia scoff at MC, either not buying it or not beloeven that a version of her would actually get along whit forcalors.

The alice of this world appears and confirm MC words so rhoedia drop it, yet she doesnt go away, apparently she was visiting some oce ids in fontaine, ,C doesnt have a problem whit that so MC along whit nice forcalors and furina dexided to leave back to the city and left rhoedia to her own devices.

MC checks over nice forcalors in her human form, making sure she stop shaking, after a while nice forcalors calms down and the day ended in a sour mood, but hey! They can make up for it tomorrow!

After half a month.

Rhoedia is not stalking (shut up you inferior melusine!) She just.... happend to be where MC and nice forcalors happend to be walking.

She totally is not jelous (shut up traveller!) About how nice forcalors semmed to be at ease whit MC while she is scared of her, why would she? So what if rhoedia messe up her relationship whit her little sister? Rhoedia had tons of those how love her very much!

"Just go and talk to her, you stick out like a mishap in a puppy store" said alice as she appears behind rhoedia.

"Shut it wicht! You dont know what you- the hell?!" Says rhoedia as she wacht MC gibe forcalors a handcragyed collar whit coral reeef amd pearls, forcalors putting it delicaly qhit a soft grateful smile.

"Thay is our thing! I could make something wayyyy better than that second grade collar," said rhoedia indignant.

Alice juat wish to be doing anithyng but being rhoedia baby sitter by neuvillete request.

Canon Rhoedia being jealous of her MC version is glorious. Reap what you sow from how you treated Nice Focalors, Rhoedia. Cause you should've thought twice before treating her so meanly and practically abandoning her so long ago...

Cause now it looks like she has a new 'big sister'. A BETTER version of yourself at that.
