ps in this poll I myself count as international, am just investigating the two most well studied Englishes :)
The rhotic in my English idiolect definitely isn't a [ʋ], but I'm also physically incapable of pronouncing [r] (my tongue simply refuses to trill no matter what I do, and attempts usually come out as some sort of uvular trill instead). I think it's probably either a [ɹ̠ʷ] (which is fairly standard in English) or a [ɻʷ] depending on how quickly I'm speaking.
