why is american school so confusing. what is the difference between middle school and junior high. why do you not learn your science subjects simultaneously. why does the length of time you spend in elementary school differ. why do you have to stay in school until you're 18 in some places. why do you worship your flag every day. what is a gpa and why does it only go up to 4. what goes on over there, guys?

just think, a main focus of recent videos has been thomas feeling as if he is a bad person for various reasons, eg selfishness vs selflessness.

the same goes for the sides, too.

patton's been trying harder to listen to everyone else because he feels bad for being too harsh, and perhaps the influence he had in thomas not going to the callback. roman probably feels bad because if he hadn't been so focused on the callback, there wouldn't have been nearly the same level of angst in the first place.

not to mention virgil previously being a member of the dark sides, and all the feelings to be unpacked there, not only for him but for janus and remus too.
