Facts:
His paws were fitted with small spikes for faster climbing.
After some minor incidents where he would sneak up on children and really scare them, small bells were attached to his legs and arms.
His body is flexible enough to fit through a small vent, as long as it's not too large and can support his weight.

I think that Ribbon Dance/Ridley have an identity crisis as he is like a year old and already conscious. In the Dreamworld Entertainment Security Video, Carly/Cheer told him that he’s Eric much to his confusion. He doesn’t even have a childhood! But he pretends everything is fine.

Spoilers for Ribbon Dancer ahead for those who aren't to S2 EP2 yet.
It's explained in the show that Eric's soul split apart in the process of him dying and his soul being put into Ribbon Dancer. The part of Eric's soul that was controlling Ribbon Dancer most of the time eventually became sentient and developed into a separate person from Eric while still sharing some of Eric's memories. He was later named Ridley. Him and Eric co-exist in the Ribbon Dancer animatronic, communicate with each other, and experience switches. They also experience frequent amnesia.
