The action: Each villain presents himself to the jury. So, they tell their name, their villains path and their worst crimes.
The rule: Each villain will be evaluatated by you under the form of a poll. You replace jury members.
The result of the poll will determine if the candidate can join the Pantheon of the Villains or not. If the villain gets more 50% of positive views, the jury members will qualify the latter. Below 50%, they will be eliminated.

So, with the Nathalie Sancoeur's assistance, they travelled across the world to find a way to get their ideal child for better normally living like a real family. He even joined a secret society called the Kingdom and took the codename of The Diamond. After a dozen years, they found the Butterfly and Peacock miraculouses and a mysterious book in Himalaya mountains Tibet (China). Thanks to the Peacock miraculous and Duusu, Emilie, as the magic jewel user, managed to become pregnant. She created an amok and inserted the magic feather inside of the Graham de Vanily twin rings. Despite the fact that the Butterfly villain didn't wanted to hurt his son during the akumatized incidents, he was indirectly responsible to endanger the latter. In Gorizilla, he tried to verify if Adrien was Cat Noir. He akumatized Adrien's schoolmates (and friends) into supervillains in this same period (Nino into the Bubbler, Alya into Lady Wifi, Chloé into Antibug, Luka into Silencer, Kagami into Oni-Chan, etc.). He even tried to akumatized Marinette the Adrien/Cat Noir's love interest multiple times (See Ladybug (3.24), Elation (5.09) and Derision (5.14)). In the Heroes' Day, he orchestrated an evil plan to akumatize a mass number of Parisians as Scarlet Moth with the help of Catalyst (akumatized Nathalie). So, he led an army of akumatized scarlet supervillains to take control of Paris. But he failed. From New York, he took the entire world as hostage by threatening everyone to nuke the planet just for get the two superhero's magic jewels. He failed too. He failed to take the miraculouses from the superheroes in each incident. Even with the Nathalie/Mayura's help, Chloé's bullyish persona (main akumatization source) and the Lila Rossi's (not her real name) tricks didn't give chances to win. In civilian life, he recruited the latest girl to in reason of her deceptful nature to cause akuma incidents and to keep Adrien away from "bad influences" (Nino, Marinette and Adrien's other true friends) by ruining their lives (mainly Marinette's). He captured Master Fu the Guardian of the Miracle Box and convinced Chloé/Queen Bee to side with him to get revenge against Ladybug in reason of the fact that the blond brat was warned by the red-black spotted girl she cannot be Queen Bee anymore (that the blond girl never tolerated). At the end of the Battle of the Miraculous (3.25-3.26), Fu transferred his role of Guardian to Ladybug at the cost of his own memories.

She turned into Queen Mayor but Ladybug and Cat Noir unlocked their unlimited powers and overthrown the spoiled brat. Nextafter, Gabriel sent his son Adrien to London against the latter's will. Kagami was relunctantly sent to London too while she secretly dated Félix (and convinced him to ask help to Marinette/Ladybug to get their freedom to live their true love). Gabriel acted himself as the greatest opponent against the Marinette-Adrien romance. Next again, the old man temporarly akumatized himself into Nightormentor to send a magic cloud across the world. So all the affected inhabitants were cursed by nightmares in their minds and that drove everyone to upload the latest update on their Alliance rings. But everything was part of the Operation Perfect Alliance. Monarch and Tomoe used the rings to turn all the Alliance holders into a worldwide army of Miraculized that drove the entire world into chaos. The Miraculized were used to believe that Adrien and Kagami were kidnapped by Ladybug and Cat Noir but it was a fake record. In reality, the real two teen formers were confined in white different rooms under survey on London.
The final battle happened (Re-Creation (5.26)): Marinette turned into Bug Noire (fused with Ladybug and Cat powers) and fought against a crazy Gabriel/Monarch (who was slowly dying because of the Cataclysm he suffered from Cat Noir some months ago). Bug Noire managed to separate the Butterfly brooch from Gabriel (the brooch fell on the water and later retrieved by Lila in the aftermath). While Marinette was showing the Emilie's testimony and was reasoning with Gabriel about reconciling with Adrien, the remorseful old man stole the Ladybug and Cat miraculouses from the teenage girl. He forced Tikki and Plagg to fuse into Gimmi the kwami of Reality. He later used the Ultimate Miraculous Absolute Power of Gimmi to make his latest wish: to heal Nathalie from her magic illness (due to the use of Peacock power as Mayura) in exchange of his own life (and take his wife in the afterlife). But before, he requested Marinette to never tell Adrien that he was Monarch and to make the boy remember all his efforts to be a nice father toward him.

-Deadpool: "After evaluating, I, Deadpool, announce that Sauron is elected as the Best Villain of all time. So let's apraise the new Evil Lord of the Villains Contest. The new ruler of the Pantheon of Villains. 👑"
-Sauron: "How charming from a pity human who took control of the Contest."
-Freddy Krueger: "Is it a joke ? A nightmare ? Some of you have cheated. 👿"
-Frieza: "There is a favoritism. Who bought the voters ? 😡"
-Palpatine: "Not me, for sure. 😏"
-Dio Brando: "Well spoken, Emperor Palpatine. 😊 Only for you, "mister old guy joins the Deadpoll Jury and betrays his own teammates just for keeping his own throne". 😡"
-Palpatine: "All my plans cannot fail. 😏"
-Maleficent: "You look too overconfident for a old an who isn't even ranked 1st place."
-Palpatine: "Be patient Maleficent. Just watch carefully. 😈"
-Nicepool: "Now you are the new manager of the Contest, I guess you have a request to ask to the public and all of us."
-Sauron: "Yeah. I thank my loyal minions... My fans for their support and their help to make me win this election. And my first request is a decree for the future of the contest itself."
-Domino: "And what decree ?"
The suspense is at its height. The Deadpool's squad is nervous but attentive at the Sauron's upcoming answer. A sneaky and confident Palpatine is really focused about wat will happen next.
-Sauron: "My decree is that you, Deadpool, Nicepool and the rest of the team let my team of Villains returning back to the Jury. And to you all again, you must leave the room. Let's evacuate the place !"
-Deadpool: (to his coworkers) "Calm down, everyone." (to Sauron) "Sir Sauron, we accept your terms. We finished out roles here anyways. 😇"
Sauron is gasping by the Deadpool's acceptance of the decree. That was unexpected for the real Villains. But Palpatine smirks.
Palpatine: "Good. 😈"
-Harley Quinn: "Wade is the leader too since we took the chairs. So we follow him."
-Chloé: "I haven't voted none of you all anyways, you stupid losers. I would win this Contest if I was Queen Bee. 🐝"
Wolverine enters to the hall while Deadpool and the others are leaving their chairs.
-Deadpool: "You already came back, brother ?"
-Wolverine: "I was just waiting when you will finish your circus about ego between you and the villains' side."
-Deadpool: "Still learning about dark humor, Logan. 😅 Let's go to fast-food. I just want make a tribute to Ronnie (Ronald McDonald) and Swiper the fox."
-Wolverine: "Uh ? What happened ?"
-Deadpool: "I will explain later. Let's go !"
-Tinky Winkynos: "I hope that fast-foods can be conquered."
The Aftermath:
The original Jury members regained their chairs. They hold a reunion together.
Palpatine: "My plan worked so well. Now this annoyance Deadpool and his non-villains teammates have left the Contest, we finally can reorganisate the Villains Contest with our initial rules."
-Voldemort: "What plan ?"
-Maleficent: "I am guessing what do you talk about to us, sir Palpatine. It's related to Sauron's victory, right ?"
-Palpatine: "I was conviced that Deadpool couldn't resist to play the good TV host who can grant any request from random candidate. So before the vote, I requested Sauron to ask this decree once he was be elected. And Deadpool naively accepted the terms. I am a great evil genius. 😈"
-Sauron: "And as I designated as the winner, that means that I am your boss to you all. 😊"
-Palpatine "What the... ? 😲 You dare to pretend to rule over us even the Pantheon ? "
-Lex Luthor: "We should hold a new vote for electing our new leader over the Villains from every franchise."
-Palpatine (angry, charging his lightnings): "In your dreams, mister bald billionaire ! 😡⚡"
