I saw that picture and had to do this
Mark Gatiss as Richard Lazarus was one of my favorite Doctor Who monsters of the week. Had to draw this rad beastie of course.
I haven't seen the Lazarus episode since watching Sherlock
I hasn't seen the Lazarus episode in actually many years, and certainly not since I got Sherlocked. (Or Marked as it is) I'm just having so many feels now because, though Richard Lazarus wasn't Mycroft I still thought of him as so. Plus it's weird, one of my headcanons is that Mycroft's first name is Richard and Mycroft is a middle name like Sherlock's is. (So that way Sherlock could get mad at him and call him dick) But yeah. So much feels. Also a weird crossover-ish holmescesty fic idea as well....
Some may know him as Mark Gatiss, others may know him as Mycroft Holmes, both of which, I am aware of. But, to me he will always be known, first and foremost, as Professor Richard Lazarus.
I laughed way more than appropriate.
