“Hands” by Father prod. by meltycanon
It’s a far cry from the dark minimalist bangers he originally made his name creating, but Father’s meltycanon-assisted rebrand as a cute, but still slightly twisted, almost Yachty-esque rapper has come with absolutely no sacrifice in quality. As a matter of fact, despite Father’s decreased output over the last year or so, a couple high-caliber singles in “Hands” and “Heartthrob” have kept him as relevant as ever in the eyes of the rap community. While many flash-in-the-pan rappers know that the buzz don’t feel the same next year, Father is one of the few that has sustained popularity thanks to an ever-evolving style and a fine attention to detail.
