Honestly.. I didn't really want to post this picture, because it looks too Sugary-sweet for such a couple.

Oh well. In general, penguins, it seems, to give a pebble is to confess their love... I'm a little confused between "confess my love" and "wing and heart proposal", but in the case of this picture, option 1.
