Aww, this is nice! Okay let’s see…

1. Lately I’ve been really taking the initiative to confront my fears more and put myself out there. For someone as timid and painfully shy as me this is a pretty big feat. 

2. The other day someone I work for told me she appreciated that I’m always willing to help out, even if it’s for someone I don’t directly work for.

3. I like to think that I’m a thoughtful, considerate, and respectful person.

4. I constantly strive to give people the benefit of the doubt and acknowledge that I never really know what’s beneath the surface.

5. I’ve been learning to not take things so personally anymore and I’ve found that it’s very liberating way of living.

That seems.....very harsh. And possibly unlawful lol.

Yeah, if it’s things like bowling nights, movie nights, and so forth, I wouldn’t mind participating in that, but I’m not exactly 100% comfortable with going out to mandatory bar crawls... Social events should always be optional, no matter how big or small they are. Charging people with a fine for not showing up is a bit much.
