showered AND washed my hair AND remembered to comb it AND had generously 1/3 of a shower beer. unfortunately im getting an alert and it says i need to lay down immediately for 4-6 hours.

I’m kinda a Skizz hater now but the reason is really funny imo.

Basically I’ve been a fan of Skizz since around February, when I first watched his pov of the life series. I loved his content and the fact he wasn’t afraid to make a non pg joke here and there. My friend even pointed out I started saying dude more often because I was watching so many of his videos. When the controversy for him came about I listened to it and agreed that he need to get his act together, but it didn’t necessarily turn me off from his content.

Time skip to September as I start my senior year of high school, excited to learn about history and politics in our Government class. The teacher walks in and I try to hold back my surprise when it starts talking with the EXACT same tone/slang as Skizz. He even calls people really bad nicknames. Everything about this guy is basically a a knock off version of Skizz, down to the passion for Psychology (he literally teaches our AP Psych class)

Theres one issue though: He SUCKS at teaching. Constantly giving us obvious busywork and even getting caught using Chat GPT to come up with project ideas for the class. The use of AI doesn’t stop there though because he constantly tells us it’s ok to “look up” questions and keywords for our research into Chat GPT. like. It’s. a. fucking. search. engine. Plus he uses a ton of therapy/motivational coaching speak in classes that comes across as really demeaning imo. All of that with the cherry on top being he keeps talking about being the coach for the football team and referencing a sport I have zero knowledge of

Safe to say I don’t fw that class and to be honest now all Skizz content has a bitter feeling to it that I can’t shake. It used to be “omg that thing Mr Smith said reminds me of what Skizz says!” But now it’s “Oh no that thing Skizz did reminds of what Mr Smith does eww.”
