Silentstar has had SO many deputies...

first it was Marshlotus, who died from a disaster, then Rippleleaf, who died from an infected wound, then Sagonudge, who died from an infect wound from a dogfight, and now Silvertimber has retired to the elders' den, so utterly random bg cat Tansysnap is deputy now!

Silentstar's leadership started a little rocky... but he's proven to be a calm, level-headed leader who has made peace with the other clans and within his own clan, and who accepts many outsiders into his clan!

i'm honestly quite interested to see what happens when he passes and the next leader is chosen... Tansysnap would be an interesting choice, but honestly I think she would just be Silenstar 2.0. she's got kind, peaceful vibes

her mate Honeyhollow recently died though, and so did two of their kits. and their apprentice Seedpaw

Rippleleaf - Warrior

Strict, great hunter, good climber

Rippleleaf was lucky to grow up with loving parents and fairly close relationships with their siblings. They had experienced their fair share of jealousy over perceived unfairness and special treatment amongst their family members, but in retrospect Rippleleaf never had any real complaints about their upbringing. They grew up to become a diligent warrior and they liked to keep their focus on the present.

Although Rippleleaf had a few significant crushes over the years, they always seemed drawn to cats who were unavailable. Because of that, they gave up on romance fairly early on. They didn't want kits, they had strong relationships with their siblings and clanmates, and they liked the simplicity of their life.

Rippleleaf grew older against a backdrop of petty dramas, the occasional tragedy, and plenty of everyday accomplisments. They were good at tuning out chaos. They were good at their job. So when Starclan eventually called for them, Rippleleaf was able to look back on their years in the clan as time well spent. After all, what could be more satisfying than knowing that they were always able to focus on the things that really mattered to them.
