Guppydapple intrigues me. Where are their limbs and ears...

ONE OF MY FAVS YAYYY

Guppydapple is the son of Vanilla and the brother of Minnowfern. They were brought into the clan with Vanilla, and they found out Guppykit was missing his tail at birth and Minnowkit was missing a leg. Despite this, the two of them grew up fine, and became warriors- Guppydapple and Minnowfern.

Tragedy struck when Minnowfern died at only 16 moons to a drought that killed many, many cats in the clan. Guppydapple was devastated, so much so that he made himself a little "plushie" of Minnowfern out of leaves, stones, grass, and moss. He still has it to this day and sleeps with it every night.

Guppydapple lost his ears to frostbite, similar to Shellshine. Unlike Shellshine, however, Guppydapple is entirely deaf. And no tail means no Tailspeak (the branchclan version of sign language). Guppydapple has to rely on paw, ear, and whisker gestures to communicate, as well as head movements like nodding and shaking his head. It's hard. He's extremely insecure about his lack of ears and hearing and barely goes to gatherings and other social events because of it. During border patrols he stays in the back, not wanting the other clans to laugh at him.

Besides his insecurity, Guppydapple has an innocent way of thinking. Cats have described him as "kit-like" despite his age.

Guppydapple became mates with Blackwing and the two have three kits together: Flowkit, Heronkit, and Whistlekit. He constantly hears Blackwing talk about how much Flowkit looks like a cat named Owlshade. He's vaguely aware of Owlshade, having heard stories of BranchClan's founding from the older cats, but never knew him personally. Guppydapple loves his family to death.
