The best thing my imagination has ever done is create a scenario where Max finds out Will has a crush on Mike and is like "Of all the people in the party, did it have to be Mike? Couldn't it have been Lucas?" "He's your boyfriend" "Still a better option"

Okay, another Bychance idea

Will and Chance are dating okay? Right, but because it's the 80s they can't say shit. So Will thinks Chance is closeted boy, and that no one knows about them

Until!!! Someone on the basketball team ask him about Chance because they haven't see him, and Will is like "wtf why are u asking me bro?" And they tell him "well, you are his boyfriend, you should now!"

And Will finds out that Chance has been talking none stop about him with the team, and the team is like so tired of hear about their love, not because they are gay, but because Chance doesn't shut the FUCK up about Will (so real, I don't do it either)

So Will goes to Chance's house, because the boy did not make it to school, and there you know his family let him in and everything. There Will finds out that Chance's family ALSO KNOW ABOUT THEIR FUCKING RELATIONSHIP.

And like Will is so shock because he hasn't told anyone thinking that Chance would not be okay with everyone knowing, but Chance has gone out of his way to let everyone know that he has the best and cutest boy in Hawkings as his boyfriend. And not in a outing way, Chance has told Will that everybody (that cares about Chance) knows, Will just didn't took it seriously, thinking he was just joking

Anyway I just want this boys to be fucking happy

I just found out that some people headcanon Will and Jason as cousins... The bychance hamster in my brain is running rn

Jason just keeps settings Chance and Will up because he hates Mike

At the start he was like "wtf bro that's my little bro from another mother" and he kinda liked the idea because Chance played better when Will was around

I can totally see Jason having to tell his friends that yeah his little cousin plays the satanic game, but he's not bad

Jason is the "I'm not gay, but if I was I would want equal rights"

Bychance fic where the others jocks are tired of hearing Chance talk about Will so they help him get with the boy

But they methods are kinda weird and intimidating

Okay so... Funny fic idea of the week

The party is hanging out and somehow queer people become the topic of conversation. Will is like freaking out internally, and very confuse because they all are talking about it very serious but also making jokes, but not mean jokes. Jokes they would make about straight people too, so Will ask if any of them find it weird o wrong, just to be sure that none of them are homophobic

The party of course says no, and there's a weird tension there. Why? Because Mike, Lucas, Dustin and Max decide to share one brain cells for a second and misinterpreted the intentions of Will's question, and they start thinking that Will might be homophobic. Which is super weird because of course Will is not the peak of 'masculinity' (bullshit btw)

They don't say anything in the moment, but when Will and Jane are not around they talk about it. They don't go immediately to blame Will, as they talk, they come to the conclusion that it's Will's dad's and the bullies' fault for putting that idea in Will's head.

So they make it their mission to change "Will's mindset", for Will's own good, so that he can be a better person. But also to "prevent Jane from learn that", because wondertwins, they live together.

They make this whole plan, and they tell that to Steve and Robin because they are trusted adults for some reason. This is where the thing get funnier. Robin knows Will is gay, so does his family (including Jane and Hopper, he found out by accident)

So the party starts their plan, researching about queer history, films, and books everything. And they slowly start talking about it when Will is there, asking him what he thinks and things like that

Will always gives vague answers or like "I already knew that", but he starts to feel strange because he obviously notices what they're doing. The party misinterpreted this as well, thinking he is uncomfortable talking about it.

Then they get fed up and confront him because they can't have an homophobic friend, which leads to Will and Jane laughing at them because they are so silly. This ends up in a funny, cute coming out scene (Something Will had wanted to do for a long time, and Jane knows)

Okay hear me out:

-They all make it out happy and safe

-Hopper and Joyce receive government money and buy a very nice house still in Hawkings

-Robin becomes part of the family through Joyce.

-Kali becomes part of the family through Hopper

-We get Robin, Kali and Jonathan bonding, and Jonathan is the best because I love him

-Jonathan being a big brother, not co-parenting, BIG BROTHERING

-Jane trying so hard to get her siblings to bond with Hopper (they do but like in really unexpected ways)

-Joyce and Jonathan angst and fluff

-Joyce and Robin bonding because autism

-Jonathan and Robin get the twins treatment just like Will and Jane

-Kali middle child but without being like ignore and all of that

-Kali and Will rivals to siblings

-Girls night with Joyce, Robin, Kali and Jand

-Hopper being a protective good father

-Lonnie and Brenner hate club

-"Her name is Jane" club

-Group therapy

Can you imagine miwi where Will is painting a mark on his face to match Mike's, or Will painting Mike's mark to make it "prettier than already is"
