My last season for Rise Percussion is in its final week. Which means I'm a week away from being lost. This has been the biggest part of my life for the past three year. This ensemble is one of the biggest reasons I'm still alive today. It gave me purpose. I've learned so much with them. It's heartbreaking knowing I won't be able to perform with them again. I'm closer to them than my own family. I don't know what the future has in store for me, but I hope I'll enjoy it as much as I enjoy rise. Hopefully I can tech for rhythm section next season. I want to help but that's really the only area I have world class experience. Plus staff jackets are sexy as hell and I want 12 of them
If you are the Bass Four guy at Rise percussion please hit me up because you're attractive af ✌️
RISE PERCUSSION BASSLINE 2015
PLEASE DONATE TO RISE!!! We are a very new ensemble and are struggling with paying for equipment and trailers to lug our equipment in! $5 is the minimum, but donate as much as you can please!! If you can't donate, please reblog to spread the word! https://squareup.com/market/rise-performing-arts/donate-support-rise-in-the-front-range-face-off
Really long day at Rise. It was amazing as usual!!! The dude that has promised me sound equipment since October showed up today. Our show is on its way to being fantastic.
Guys
I made Rise. I didn't think I would. But I did it.
I went to a clinic today and was with bass drums the whole day. I'm not going to make bassline this season, but I had such a great time, and I swear I got better today.
