(The pictures look like this because I don't want to buy them, screen shotting comes in handy) Now they officially can't sue me because I DON'T OWN THE PHOTOS My first year in Varsity, as well as our first time in Open class, was so special. I loved performing this show. I could connect with it. We made so many accomplishments this year. We got 1st place at one of our NTCA shows (which is really cool considering our first year in Open Class), we made second place at a lot of out WGI Regionals, we made Finals at the Southwestern WGI Las Vegas regional, and I made so many friends that I never thought I'd have. If you are considering about joining a color guard, don't hesitate. Do it. You will make a second family, friends, and people you can talk to about anything. If you've never heard of this, and are now interested, give it a shot. I recently made the role of a leadership position and I hope to be captain my senior year. (I am currently a junior now). I went to WGI Championships Dayton, Ohio my freshman year, and saw people like Mechanicsburg, Aimachi, Black Gold (though I see them anyways, considering they're where I live, as well as CGT Dallas). CGT recently started a new team, CGT Fort Worth, where one of our techs and people from our school who graduated. I plan to go there too. I'm telling you. Once you start you can't quit. It's like a drug, but it's not bad. It's like... A really good drug. We will be going to WGI again this year, and I can't wait to see all those amazing groups again. I hope to make finals, (or at least semi finals) but whatever happens, I will still have my guard. Join. You won't regret it.
