Vegan Riskrem (Decadent Norwegian Rice Pudding)
I am making this dessert we call riskrem. Leftover rice porridge mixed with whipped cream and sugar. And I don't like this raspberry sauce you can buy in the stores to go with it so I have now made my own. I bought a small bag with different kind of frozen berries and I heated them up with some water and sugar and then I mashed the berries into a sauce. Here is before the mashing.
Ris a la Mande is an English word for riskrem it says on Google. I don't know if that is correct.
