🧃I got a raise. Outta nowhere.
Literally just popped up in my life and I’m like… okay, thank you, universe. I’ll take that. No notes.
Family stuff, though? Whew. It’s been at a weird standstill—tense and dragging. But last night I did a ritual with a friend (iconic, by the way) and it ended up being exactly what I needed. I completely forgot it was Friday the 13th (how cinematic), but we ended up doing a powerful energy cleanse + cord-cutting session.
I’m claiming it now:
✨Let next weekend be the last time I ever have to engage with certain people.✨
I’m good. I’m done. I’m choosing peace, luxury, and aligned connections from here on out.
🧬 Blood ≠ Family.
People forget that sometimes. Just because you share DNA doesn’t mean someone deserves access to your energy, your healing, or your time. If we’re being real, there are probably people out in the world who share more DNA with you than some of the folks at your holiday table, and you wouldn’t call them family, right?
I was doing some reflecting and deep math recently (you know those spirals where you end up doing genealogy math at 2 a.m.?). Found out my grandmother was just barely 16 when she gave birth to my mom and aunt (twins). And my biological grandfather? He was 24 at the time.
…Hello?? Where were the cops?? 😒
Then I found out he left because he wanted a son and she only had daughters. Like… what?!
Eventually, she remarried the man I know as Grandpa, and they had one more daughter. But wow. That whole timeline is a mess. And it's not just my family either—some of my friends have similar generational chaos. Across races and cultures. So it’s definitely not an isolated thing. It just hits different when you trace it back and realize how many women were just… kids.
Anyway. That’s my tangent for today. History lesson + emotional detox combo. 💀
💼 Life Update
Yesterday was my last day of work for a bit. I’ve officially taken time off to prep for the wake, funeral, and all the heavy emotional things coming up this week. I’m giving myself space to breathe, grieve, and reset.
That also means I’ll probably have time to finally post the two or three green flag readings I’ve had sitting on my ass (lol). Gonna try to knock those out today while I’ve still got the energy. Also been thinking about making a post on any handful of K-pop idols and maybe a few Chinese and Japanese artists that 100% are Aphrodite's favorites. Because when I've had time I've just been chilling and talking with aphrodite. And we've definitely talked about quite a few of her favorites they've been popping up a lot more because she knows how much I enjoy looking at pretty things and people. It's like a natural distressor for me.

(& yes pretty baby boi Sunoo is one of her favorites. Is one of the reasons why as much as it low-key does feel like his own company be sabotaging him sometimes it never works. Same thing with v every time they try to sabotage him it never worked and I would even say njz has at least two members that are favorited by Aphrodite specifically all of those girls are divinely protected but like Aphrodite specifically has two of them where they're like her little daughters. So like yeah I do find it interesting though it does seem like quite a few of Aphrodite's favorites. Also seem to have issues with other people in the industry or fans at some point but I think it makes sense I think people can just feel the energy off of them and it make them jealous.)
