The River Bann is the longest in Ulster – 80 miles from its source in South Down to the Bar Mouth at Portstewart in County Derry. It also feeds two very important bodies of water – Lough Neagh and Lough Beg – before snaking its way via Portglenone, Kilrea and Coleraine, to the sea.
