I was looking through some of my old stuff (okay it's not that old only like two years or so, but still) and so, I was looking through some of my short things I wrote of me and Flowey. I found this unfinished one:

In front of them shone the Fire Bird Nebula, as the locals of the galaxy called it. Surprisingly one of the places where species within a galaxy actually agree on something.

The red, flame-like details were in the shape of some bird, according to Flowey. He said it was called a “phoenix” on Earth. A bird of fire that can restore their own life from their ashes. An interesting concept and not unheard of within the Cosmos.

“Taru!”

“Ugh,” Flowey groaned. “That’s the emergency ‘Taru’ call.”

Roarin flew in, her yellow wings flapping rapidly. She gestured with a green-tinted paw out of the cave and flew out as quickly as she came in. They waved a paw through the visual of the Fire Bird Nebula making it disappear. Their paws quickly met the ground outside the cave as they ran after their friend.

The hologram of the cosmos at Roarin’s station was on the Valor System within the Zael Galaxy. Red rings came out of the star of the system.

“Star going supernova?”

“Potentially, yeah.”

“I’ll go look at it.”

With white magic from their claws, a rift formed quickly to the system and they flew through, the rift snapping shut behind them.

“You have the worst timing.” Flowey popped out of the ground with an annoyed expression.

“Hey, don’t look at me! I don’t control the Cosmos!” Roarin held up her paws.

Also, this was from the old story where I had to go and stabilise unnaturally unstable celestial bodies and it was a really complicated thing and Flowey got annoyed frequently- anyway. Our current/true story doesn't have that and we're just chilling on Earth, in the garden, in our cave right now.

Also, this Roarin for anyone wondering. She's my best friend. And Flowey is also my best friend. I have at least two best friends (you don't know about the third one yet).

Roarin is agender and mainly uses she/her pronouns, but she doesn't care what she's referred to by. She's also aroace.
